'Gehu Singh' Healthy food dish made up of whole grains

As a result, I found this recipe. So here you go Ingredients required Soaked Wheat grains- 1 cup Chopped Onion - 1 Medium piece Chopped Capsicum- 1/2 piece Chopped Cabbage- 1/4 piece  Chopped Tomato-1 piece Chopped Coriander for garnishing Lemon Juice- 1 Spoon Zero Number Namkeen Mustard Seed-1 Tsp Catch Kitchen King Masala- 2 Tsp Oregano-1/2 Tsp Salt -1 Tsp Recipe 1. Soaked 1 Cup of whole wheat grains overnight. 2. Put the grains with water in the pressure cooker and give 7-8 whistles on high flame and then simmer the flame for 15 minutes.
