'Gehu Singh' Healthy food dish made up of whole grains

Ingredients required
Soaked Wheat grains- 1 cup
Chopped Onion - 1 Medium piece
Chopped Capsicum- 1/2 piece
Chopped Cabbage- 1/4 piece
Chopped Tomato-1 piece
Chopped Coriander for garnishing
Lemon Juice- 1 Spoon
Zero Number Namkeen
Mustard Seed-1 Tsp
Catch Kitchen King Masala- 2 Tsp
Oregano-1/2 Tsp
Salt -1 Tsp
Recipe
1. Soaked 1 Cup of whole wheat grains overnight.
2. Put the grains with water in the pressure cooker and give 7-8 whistles on high flame and then simmer the flame for 15 minutes. Make sure that you have put enough water in it so that it will not stick at the bottom.
3. Take a pan put some refined oil in it. Put the mustard seed in it. Put all the chopped vegetables except tomato in it and saute the vegetables on high flame. After 5 minutes add the tomatoes.
4. Add boiled whole wheat grain. Put 2 tsp Catch Kitchen King Masala. Add Salt. Stir it on medium flame.
5. Now add lemon juice and put some oregano and close the gas.
6. Put the dish in desired plate or bowl add chopped coriander.
7. Put Zero number namkeen to make it more sumptuous.
8. Finally, your healthy dish is ready. Enjoy!
